જૂનાગઢમાં તાજેતરમાં કોંગ્રેસ કાર્યાલય ખાતે હોદેદારોની વરણીનો કાર્યક્રમ યોજવામાં આવ્યો હતો. આ તકે છેલ્લા રપ વર્ષથી ભારતીય જનતાપાર્ટીને સાથે રહેલા જૂનાગઢ શહેરનાં ઉપાધ્યક્ષ તરીકે, વોર્ડનાં પ્રમુખ તરીકે, મહામંત્રી તરીકે પણ કામગીરી કરનારા કોળી સમાજનાં વરિષ્ઠ અગ્રણી એવા મનુભાઈ ડાભી શહેર કોંગ્રેસ પ્રમુખ અમીતભાઈ પટેલનાં હસ્તે કોંગ્રેસનો વિધીવત ખેસ ધારણ કરી કોંગ્રેસમાં જાેડાતા વ્યાપક આવકાર આપવામાં આવી રહેલ છે.
